Staff Alerts from R5 Desk sends work notifications to authorized employees of participating Capital AI Works business clients. Texts tell you when a customer communication needs review, follow-up, delivery assistance, or a callback. A message may include a link to the relevant work in your business's portal.

R5 Desk is a Capital AI Works product. This SMS program is operated by Doran & Company LLC, doing business as Capital AI Works. It does not send marketing messages or text your business's customers, leads or callers.

How to join

Ask your business administrator about staff SMS. Before enrollment, you receive the Staff Alerts disclosure and choose whether to agree. Your administrator records your choice and its supporting evidence. A separate phone verification confirms that you control the number. Verification alone does not enroll you or replace your SMS consent.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to buy or use our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to stop Staff Alerts from this program. For help, reply HELP or email support@capitalaiworks.com. Review links and saving a review do not start a telephone call. A callback link opens the native phone confirmation; confirming places the call. Call me instead is available as a fallback.
