What does "ongoing monitoring" mean?

We watch your AI system after launch — reviewing call transcripts, automation logs, and conversation histories for errors, unexpected behavior, or gaps. We fix issues quickly and send you a monthly report on usage and what we improved.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

We work on a month-to-month basis after the initial setup. We ask for a 3-month minimum commitment on the monthly plans so we have time to properly tune and optimize the system.

What if I need something custom that doesn't fit a tier?

Do I need to replace any of my current tools?
