SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the VoiceOS Client Notifications text messaging program operated by Capital AI Works LLC (“Capital AI Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
By opting in to receive text messages from Capital AI Works LLC, you agree to receive transactional and customer-care SMS and/or MMS messages related to VoiceOS Client Notifications for Capital AI Works clients, client administrators, and authorized client contacts.
Capital AI Works LLC is the registered brand and message sender. VoiceOS is the Capital AI Works product name used for this client notification program.
Messages may include VoiceOS alert summaries, missed-call follow-up notices, high-priority caller notifications, notification setting updates, customer support messages, and other VoiceOS client/admin notifications.
This SMS program is not used to text a client's end customers.
Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive VoiceOS Client Notifications through a Capital AI Works website form or a VoiceOS admin notification setting.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number provided or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number in this text messaging program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per day.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to any messages sent or received in connection with this program.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to let you know that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Our text messaging program may not be available on all mobile carriers. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Capital AI Works LLC does not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
