Staff Alerts from R5 Desk — SMS Privacy

R5 Desk is a Capital AI Works product operated by Doran & Company LLC, doing business as Capital AI Works. Staff Alerts is R5 Desk's SMS notification program. We use your mobile number, business association, notification preferences, consent and verification records, and message delivery information to operate the program. These records help us direct staff notifications, honor your choices, investigate delivery problems and maintain an audit history.

Staff-alert texts identify work needing attention and may include the contact's first name, a brief ticket summary, and a link to the protected work view. Detailed customer records remain in the protected work view. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Our messaging and hosting providers process the information needed to operate the service. We do not sell SMS opt-in information or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Reply STOP to opt out of Staff Alerts. For help or questions about SMS information, contact support@capitalaiworks.com. Retaining an opt-out or audit record does not authorize us to resume messages. Read the Staff Alerts SMS Terms for enrollment, frequency and opt-out information.
