Staff Alerts from R5 Desk — SMS Terms

R5 Desk is a Capital AI Works product operated by Doran & Company LLC, doing business as Capital AI Works. Staff Alerts is R5 Desk's SMS notification program. It sends authorized staff notifications about customer communications that need review, follow-up, delivery assistance, or a callback. Messages may contain work links. This program does not send promotional messages or SMS to our business clients' customers, leads or callers.

You join by affirmatively agreeing to the Staff Alerts disclosure. An authorized administrator records your consent and its supporting evidence. Any separate phone verification confirms control of the number; it does not replace consent. Participation is optional and is not required to buy or use our services.

Message frequency varies with your business's work and notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact support@capitalaiworks.com. If you want to resume staff SMS after opting out, contact your administrator to review your consent and eligibility. A provider unblock command alone does not restore application eligibility.

Work links are for their intended recipient. Review links and saving a review do not place a call. A callback link opens the native phone confirmation; confirming places the call. Call me instead is available as a fallback. Read the Staff Alerts SMS Privacy Policy for information about SMS data.
