These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Capital AI Works Account Updates text messaging program operated by Doran & Company LLC under the Capital AI Works public business brand (“Capital AI Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Program Description

By opting in to receive text messages from Doran & Company LLC, operating as Capital AI Works, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages about your Capital AI Works account or service.

This program is for our own business clients and their approved employees, usually the business owner or one or two staff members.

Doran & Company LLC is the registered legal entity. Capital AI Works is the public business brand shown on our website at capitalaiworks.com.

Messages may include account updates, call summary notices, and follow-up task notices.

This SMS program is not used to text our clients' customers, leads, or callers. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent to receive text messages is not required to buy or use our services.

Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive Capital AI Works Account Updates through the Capital AI Works SMS account update preference form at https://capitalaiworks.com/client-sms-alert-opt-in/ by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box. The mobile phone field is optional unless you choose to opt in to SMS. You can submit the form without checking the SMS consent box; if the box is not checked, no SMS opt-in is recorded.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number provided or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number in this text messaging program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per day.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to any messages sent or received in connection with this program.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to let you know that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Our text messaging program may not be available on all mobile carriers. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
